ARRIVALS & CHECK-IN

Upon arrival at Kona International Airport, you will be greeted at baggage claim where complimentary transportation will be provided to the Fairmont Orchid.

Once you arrive at the hotel, you will check-in and proceed to the Atlas Experiences Hospitality Desk to receive your welcome gift and additional program information.

ALOHA RECEPTION

Winners and their guest will join us at the Aloha Reception which will take place at Turtle Pointe on the hotel property. You will enjoy a buffet-style dinner showcasing local cuisine, all while enjoying live entertainment and beautiful ocean views.

SUNSET CATAMARAN CRUISE

Winners and their guest will enjoy a free day at the property and can use their resort credit to indulge in some of the amenities offered.

Spa appointments are also available depending on your selected activity. Your appointment time will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

In the evening you and your guest will partake in a sunset catamaran cruise and take in the beautiful scenery that the island has to offer!

PRIVATE LUAU

Winners and their guest will experience an authentic Polynesian luau right on the hotel grounds at the Plantation Estates on property.

Get ready for authentic Island cuisine, traditional live entertainment and other fun surprises in store.

Spa appointments may also continue on this day depending on the number of guests who choose this as their assigned activity.

ACTIVITY DAY

This will be a free day for guests who have already completed their spa treatments. It will be a day to take in all that the property has to offer!

Those winners and their guest who have selected the volcano tour or snorkel excursion will participate in their selections during the day. Additional information regarding chosen activities will be communicated via email.

TASTE OF THE ISLANDS DINNER & $50,000 GAME SHOW

Winners and their guest will join us for the Taste of the Islands Dinner, followed by the $50,000 Hawaiian Holiday Game Show. This upscale meal will take place at the Plantation Estates and flow into the game show.
